Hasan A. Azim

I build the tools, apps, and dashboards that make a factory run on data.

Industrial Engineer at Snowtex Group — Central IE in the Project Opex & CI team and MTO Leader. I turn factory-floor problems into working systems: operator-level IoT, QR traceability, self-built web tools, Android apps, and live KPI dashboards.

About Me

From the factory floor to working systems

Textile Engineer by training. Industrial Engineer by practice. A builder by instinct.

I started on the floor as a hands-on Line IE — making sewing line layouts, running the lines, and managing large operator teams with full floor responsibility. From there I grew into IE Executive and now Central IE. Today I'm in the Project Opex & CI team (Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement) at Snowtex Group — a central role across the whole group. As Central IE I monitor, support and train the IE teams of both factories, SOL (Snowtex Outerwear) and SSL (Snowtex Sportswear). As MTO Leader I guide each new Management Trainee Officer batch through their full six-month program — their classes, problem know-how, and everything about how Snowtex runs.

I'm a core member of Snowtex's factory automation & IoT initiative: operator-level production-counting devices, auto-generated capacity, QR-code material tracking from cutting to store, and an individual operator KPI system with an audit panel. Alongside that, I build my own tools — Android apps, Python automation, and HTML web apps — each one born from a real problem I hit at work. I build them myself with AI as my co-builder (I use Claude), pairing my domain knowledge with AI to ship fast — and I'm ready to lead AI integration inside factory operations, exactly where the industry is heading.

I also handle the international buyer Decathlon: I follow the INDUS line, own OWE and QCO for Decathlon lines, and lead the weekly Monday SUM meeting — presenting root-cause analysis and agreeing action plans. Outside work, I run the "Study Material BD" YouTube channel and have self-published a children's book on Amazon KDP.

What I Do

Six things I deliver

Each one is backed by a real system running at Snowtex.

⚙️

Factory Automation & IoT

Operator-level IoT devices for live production counting, targets, and previous-day PIB — with capacity auto-generated from the data.

🧩

Custom Tools & Apps (AI-built)

Web tools and Android apps I build myself with AI (Claude) — layout visuals, capacity cards, DPR lookup, Indus reports — and I can bring that AI into factory workflows.

📊

Data Dashboards

Live KPI dashboards in Looker Studio and Excel — CPM, OWE/OEE, cost, and problem-solving — turning raw data into decisions.

🔗

QR Traceability

End-to-end QR tracking from cutting to store — fabric location, consumption, and a full automated material track record.

🤝

Buyer Handling — Decathlon

Weekly SUM meetings, OWE & QCO ownership, root-cause presentation, and agreed action plans with an international buyer.

👥

Line, Floor & IE Leadership

From running sewing lines and managing large operator teams on the floor, to Central IE across two factories and MTO Leader — mentoring and training so teams run without me.

Projects & Tools

Things I've built

Live web tools, Android apps, and automation systems — most are publicly usable.

Web Tool● LIVE

Sewing Line Layout Period Visual

Shows each operator's PIB, achieved efficiency, and problems, then produces a visual sewing-line layout report — from performance files, manual inputs, and an uploaded IoT graph.

Web Tool● LIVE

Capacity Card Generator

Line IE uploads the OP Process Skill Tag Report; capacity cards (capacity + PIB) are auto-generated, ready to print and hang at each workstation — no more writing them by hand.

Dashboard● LIVE DEMO

Cutting Section Dashboard

Daily individual efficiency% report for the cutting section — KPI cards, charts, sortable table, Excel export & print. Shown here as a public demo built on dummy data (real factory data kept private).

Mobile App · On-Floor● IN USE

DPR Book App

Loads the Decathlon DPR book so anyone can look up a garment grid point by number or section, jump to the right page, and build a DPR status report. Used locally on phones across departments (buyer data kept private).

Mobile App · On-Floor● IN USE

Indus Report Builder

Upload the Process Tag (OP Skill Tag Report); it auto-fills Op №, operation detail, and machine per workstation. Add problems, photos and actions, then export a finished per-line workbook.

Automation · IoT● DEPLOYED

Operator-Level IoT & KPI System

An IoT device at each workstation shows live production count, today's target, and yesterday's PIB. Capacity and individual operator KPIs are auto-generated, validated by a KPI audit panel.

Automation · Python● DEPLOYED

Python Data Automation

AI-assisted Python that auto-downloads data from multiple sources and pastes it into Excel — killing hours of daily repetitive manual work and saving manpower.

Live Dashboards

Data, visualized

Looker Studio dashboards built from factory data. For public display these are being rebuilt on dummy data with the same pattern, since real company data is confidential.
